Some things that we think might be helpful:​

Battery:

The battery lasts around 60kms, although hills and speed do impact the distance of the battery life. A battery will last approx 900 charges. ​We charge our batteries every evening for peace of mind.​

Locks:

Our bikes comes with a wheel lock and the battery can be locked into the bike, however, if you're leaving the bike for a long period of time, we advise locking the bike to a lamp post or something similar...many insurers have this as a requirement, but obviously this differs between companies and this is something you, as the purchaser, should check.

Delivery & Warranty

​Delivery takes between 10 days and 2 weeks.

The bike comes with a 6 month warranty. ​​​​
